Meet Eesa. Run your business by asking.
Eesa connects to the systems you already run, builds the screens your team needs, and does the work when you ask. On your phone, on the web, or in the chat app you already have open.
Your team reaches Eesa wherever they already are
Three steps, no IT project
Eesa learns your existing systems instead of asking you to replace them, so most businesses are running the same afternoon they sign in.
Connect what you already run
Paste the web address of your website, shop or booking system. Eesa reads it and lists in plain English what it could do there. You tick what your team is allowed to use.
Ask for what you want
Type or speak the way you would to a good manager. Which orders are late, message the kitchen, build me a stock count screen, remind me every Monday.
It works, you keep the last word
Routine jobs just happen. Anything that spends money or reaches a customer waits for a tap from whoever is allowed to say yes.
It does the job, not just the talking
Ask Eesa for something and records get updated, people get messaged, documents get made and jobs get scheduled. Then it tells you it is done.
It knows your business
Your hours, your prices, your suppliers. Drop in a handbook or a price sheet and it answers from those instead of guessing.
It remembers
Tell it once that Fridays are double orders and it still knows next month. You stop repeating yourself.
It does the paperwork
Invoices, quotes, contracts and reports come out as real files you can send to a customer.
It talks to your team
It can message a staff member, wait for the answer, and carry on differently depending on what they said.
It knows who is asking
An owner sees the whole picture. A weekend staffer sees only their own work. Nobody has to remember what not to share.
It shows its work
Every job leaves a plain English trail of what it checked, who it messaged and what it decided.
A screen built for each job
Not one enormous system everybody has to be trained on. Small, purpose-built screens, described in a sentence and used in three taps.
Describe a screen, get a screen
“A stock count for the back room, with a Save button.” That is the whole brief. Eesa builds it, you check it, and it goes to the people who need it. It works on a phone in the aisle and writes straight into your real systems.
A live board of your numbers
Takings, open orders, low stock, who is on shift. Say what you want to see and the tile appears, then keeps itself up to date.
Keep the dashboard you like
Already have a report your team lives in? Paste its address and it sits inside Eesa with everything else.
One home screen per person
Everything someone is allowed to open, in a single grid on their phone. Nothing else is shown.
Share one thing with anyone
Send a supplier or an accountant a link to just that screen. No account, no access to anything else.
Set it up once, it keeps happening
The jobs that quietly eat your week run on their own, involve the right people, and tell you when they are finished.
A conversation that runs itself
Most work in a small business is asking someone something and doing the next thing based on their answer. Eesa holds that whole conversation: asks the question, waits, takes a different path for yes and for no, and chases politely if nobody replies.
Jobs that run on the clock
Yesterday’s summary every morning. Invoices on the first of the month. An hourly check that nothing has run out.
A watchful eye
Describe a problem in your own words, like a late order or stock below ten. Eesa watches and only speaks up when it happens.
Decisions in two taps
Refunds, discounts, big orders and new access go to the person allowed to decide, wherever they are.
A receipt for everything
Every run is kept step by step, with what went out and what came back.
It fits around the tools you already use
Nothing to rip out and nothing to move. Eesa learns the systems you already run and puts them behind a single conversation.
Give it a web address, it works out the rest
Paste a link to your website, shop, booking system or the software your business runs on. Eesa reads it and writes down everything it could do there in plain English. You tick what your team can use, and the rest stays switched off.
And the everyday things
Connect an account once and Eesa uses it whenever a job needs it.
Add-ons you can switch on
Purpose-built extras for common jobs. Switch one on and it shows up in chat, on the boards and on your team’s phones.
Attendance
Staff clock in from their phone, and it only counts on site. Timesheets add themselves up.
Documents
Ask a question, get the answer out of your own contracts and manuals, with the page it came from.
Analytics
See what is really happening over time, and ask why a number moved.
Calls
Missed calls and voicemails come back as short written summaries.
QR codes
Put a code on a table or a delivery box. Scanning it opens the right screen for that thing.
Your own add-on
Something specific to your trade can be built and appear in your workspace like any other.
Everyone in, nothing out of place
As a business grows, the hard part stops being the work and starts being who is allowed to do what.
One assistant, a different answer for each person
Give somebody the job they actually do, like shift manager or driver, and everything follows from that: which screens they open, which numbers they see and what has to be approved. Ask for something you are not allowed to see and it simply is not there.
Your whole team in minutes
Upload a spreadsheet of staff and everyone gets an account with the right access already set.
Talk where the work is
Group chats, direct messages and one-tap announcements to everyone on shift, beside the orders and approvals.
Everything is written down
Who did what, when, and what changed. Useful for an audit, and more useful the day something goes wrong.
Sensible limits by default
Anything that spends money, deletes something or leaves the building is held for a person to approve.
The whole business, in your pocket
The same assistant, screens and approvals as the web, on iPhone and Android, for the people who run your business on their feet.
Built for one hand
Big targets and short screens. Made for a kitchen, a van or a shop floor.
It only buzzes when it matters
A decision to make, a job that stalled, a customer waiting. Everything else stays quiet.
Fine on a bad connection
Screens open from what it already has, then catch up when signal returns.
Sign in with your phone number
A code by text and you are in. No password for staff to forget.
Built for businesses that run on people
Eesa does not assume your trade. It learns how you already work, then takes the repetitive parts off your hands.

For your IT contact
The short version of how Eesa handles your systems, your keys and your data.
- How it connects
- Point it at an OpenAPI document or an MCP server. Each operation becomes a named capability that has to be switched on before anyone can use it.
- Where credentials live
- API keys stay on the server and are encrypted at rest. The browser and the mobile app only ever hold a capability name, never a key, URL or header.
- Who can do what
- Permissions are checked on the server, not in the interface. Actions that change data need a real user gesture and are confirmed by default.
- Separation between customers
- Your workspace is resolved from the signed-in token, never from anything in the request, so one workspace cannot read or write another.
- What gets logged
- Every action records who ran it, what it sent, what came back and when. Exportable, and available to your admins without a support ticket.
The things people ask first
Do I have to replace the software I already use?
No. Eesa sits on top of what you already run and gives you one place to ask it questions and get things done. Nothing gets migrated and nothing gets switched off.
Do I need someone technical to set it up?
No. You paste a web address, read what Eesa says it can do in plain English, and tick the parts you want.
Will it do things I did not ask for?
No. Anything that spends money, changes a record or reaches a customer waits for a person to approve it, and only the people you choose can approve.
My team will not learn another app. Does that matter?
Not really. Most of your staff can use Eesa inside WhatsApp or Telegram, the app already on their phone. The full app is there for the people who want it.
Can staff see things they should not?
No. Everyone has a job, and that job decides which screens they open, which numbers they see and what they can change.
How long before it is actually useful?
Usually the same afternoon. Connect one system, ask a real question about your business, and you will know.

Give your business its own assistant
Set up your workspace, connect one system, and ask Eesa a real question about your business.
